Let me first just say, "what's up!"  Glad you decided to look us up.  One of the great flaws the church as a whole seems to do is put our youth in a corner so as to keep them out of sight so the "big kids" can have church.  At Causeyville, that's just not the case.  We realize that our youth are going to be the future of the church and must be involved within the church by bringing their own unique talents and desires to add to God's house.

Teenagers today are given a bad rep when it comes to getting in trouble when the majority of the time it was just because they were bored.  We try to make that not the case at Causeyville.  Our youth service meets on Wednesday nights at 7:00.  However, that's not the only thing we have going on.  We also do things like summer camp, water parks, volleyball, cornhole, game nights, movie nights, concerts, youth rally's, Christmas party's, and tons more.  We also take part in giving back to our community helping out with things like raking yards, assisting the elderly, and so on.

Of course, the most important thing about youth group is our worship.  Every Wednesday, we meet together to talk about things we might be struggling with, what areas of our life we could seek to improve, and response based upon how God wants you to.  Some of our past/future topics include:

  • How to S.T.A.N.D. against the enemy
  • Stop shining and start glowing
  • What is your spiritual gift?
  • What's love got to do with it?
  • The Christmas story "unedited"

Also, on Sunday nights we meet for a discipleship training courses.  My prayer is that as you see this page, you will become interested in our youth ministry and want to come hang out with us.  We do our best to offer a warm, welcoming place where you can come and hang out with some good friends.

We love you and ask you to come as you are and experience what God wants for you at His church.

I pray that your love will overflow more and more, and that you will keep growing in knowledge and understanding. For I want you to understand what really matters, so that you may live pure and blameless lives until the day of Christ’s return.
